Once the weather gets warmer we suddenly feel inspired to pull out our brighter lipsticks, and this spring, the runways showed every shade of red and berry under the sun. The trick this season is to not be too precise in your application, either apply straight from the tube and then run your finger along the edge of your lips to diffuse any harsh line, or rub your finger on the tube and then pat onto your lips for a softer look. A couple of the colours we've got ready to pull out are Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick in Iris, Dolce&Gabbana...

Last week we discussed some of the new "it" healthy foods that help to benefit our appearance from the inside out. One of those was turmeric, which is a super food particularly good for the skin due its high levels of anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties and for that reason we thought it deserved a more in depth look.
